ERROR_NETNAME_DELETED: The specified network name is no longer available. [CopyFileEx]

I've used FreeFileSync for years, and it wasn't until today I began getting this error:

ERROR_NETNAME_DELETED: The specified network name is no longer available. [CopyFileEx]

Nothing has changed with my setup, and I can access all the files on my network drive fine in Windows, so I'm not sure what's happening. Usually the first file will sync properly, and all the others will display this error.

have you found a resolution to the ERROR_NETNAME_DELETED error?

I am receiving the same error on 7 files out of at least 200 other files that sync fine.
I sync from a local C: drive over a VPN to 20 remote locations.
17 locations sync fine
3 locations display the above error but just on 7 files. All other files sync fine.
