Newbie advice

Hi All

Just wanting some advice on the best config for FFS. I have a FritzBox 7530 with and external USB HHD that setup as a NAS inside the FritzBox. I am wanting FFS to sync the specific folders in the HDD with Google Drive, as a back-up to the HDD. Most of the content is music files. What would be ideal would be for the sync to happen whenever files are added to the folders in the HDD or if they are modified (tags, etc). Is it possible to set-up FFS this way? I
