Minimizing on Mac made the application disappear. It's on pause right now. How can I get it back?

I paused the process for FreeFileSync. A few minutes later I minimized the syncing process window (not sure what to call it) via the yellow minimize button, but now I literally can't get it back. I tried Show All Windows, tried F3, I can't get it back at all. Holding click on the FFS icon in the taskbar shows two windows, but only the normal comparing window is shown. Everything is locked as well because the process is paused and I can't cancel it or anything. What do I do?

Kill it with Activity Monitor and restart it

Just noticed that minimizing the progress dialog does not properly minimize the main dialog on macOS. The issue has been fixed, and together with a few other related changes is worth a new test if you can still reproduce the problem above: https://www.mediafire.com/file/yg7o0n2ia7gzrke/FreeFileSync_11.14_beta_macOS.zip
