Number of devices

Your message thinks I am using FFS on 4 devices but that is wrong. I only have it on 3. I imagine the discrepancy is because the motherboard on my #2 PC died a couple months ago and I had to find a replacement. This caused me some problems with Microsoft as well because they thought it was a new computer even though every component except the MB itself was the same as previously. Fortunately I had a spare "product code" that was able to re-activate my Windows 10.

Go to your donation link and deactivate the old board activation

I have the same problem - it shows 3 devices but I'm only using it at two; the shown third device is the same as the first one (but with different shown version number)...
...and I'm unable to remove the wrong third one - when I try to do this, I always get a "page loading error"

Today I tried it again - with success, the button now changed from "Remove" to "Restore"!
