using RealTimeSync but it idoes not trigger - why

I am using RealTimeSync to keep two USB external hard drives. Everything looks good, but adding a folder with a photo, does not create an event. Then it says Completed - as you can see on the left the folders added are different. What am I doing wrong.

What are your filters?
Did you add the locations in FFS by clicking browse?
