Manage a photo gallery through freefilesync

Hi guys I can't use freefilesync really good and I'm struggling trying to create a photo gallery to manage my backup and everything else. I'd like to create something like G Photo.

Here's my tree:

1 - Camera, Smartphone or every device where I took photo from

2A - Photos [Random Photos in the gallery that don't have albums]
2B - Albums [Folders that are albums]

Now, when I want to backup the photos from the Camera [1] I want to compare the new photos to the 2a and 2b, and if there are new photos I want to copy them to 2a, through update comparision method.

I try to explain myself better. When I backup I want that a single photo is located or in spare photos or in albums, I don't want a copy (To don't waste space). Now when I want to backup new photos took from my smartphone I want that freefilesync compare beetween new photos, spare photo folder [backup] and album photo folder[backup], and then if there's a new photo it copies it in the spare photo folder.

How can I achieve that?

You can't.
This is not a normal sync action, as you expect it work across different folders.
It can only work if all you photos are in 2A, and your albums in 2B
just comprise references (shortcuts, symbolic links or the like) to photos in 2A.
