I have a shared network drive and from Windows Explorer (Windows 10) I can delete files. However access to delete these files from FreeFileSync (run as Administrator) is denied. The following error is displayed: ERROR_ACCESS_DENIED: Access is denied. [DeleteFile].
The network drive is created using a device called AirDisk, controlled using an Android smartphone. I set the NTFS security settings to Everyone - Full Control before attaching the disk to the AirDisk device. When you see the permissions of a file on the shared disk you have:
Everyone: Read & Execute, Read
Unix Group\media_rw: Read & Execute, Read
AirDisk\nobody: Read & Execute, Read
It looks like Windows 10 is recognizing the NTFS security settings, while FreeFileSync is recognizing the Unix security settings.

Can you test the following version (as admin) and see if you still get access denied during deletion? https://www.mediafire.com/file/2p5ghd7wp089a2b/FreeFileSync_11.15_%255BBeta%255D_Windows_Setup.exe

The same problem occurs. Please note that when I mapped the network drive for the first time, Windows asked me for the credentials and I input AirDisk and the password.
