Sync to Removable Drive trouble

I am attempting to sync to a USB drive using a drive label instead of a drive letter. I am getting an error saying the destination does not exist.... I can enter the relative path and click the browse button and FFS finds it immediately but when I try to run a compare I get the error that the destination does not exist. (please see screenshot)
Any ideas what I could be doing wrong?

I discovered my issue.... Typo in the drive name
