Synchronization Rate in 0 bytes/sec

When I start the synchronization the transfer files stop sometime stop.
The internet is ok , I already checked it.
Take a look the image.
I have 3 day trying to make the backup without successful

I am having a similar issues with the newest release (11.14).
It's running VERY slow or not at all.
