My friend uses FreeFileSync to sync specific folders of his computer to my NAS, this works fine, but we both have a upload speed of 10mbps and a download speed of 100mbps.
Is it possible to set FreefileSync up to simultaniously upload and download files? since both the upload and download is limited by the upload speed?
Lets say you need 2hours to upload 10GB of files, that means if you need to upload 10GB and download 10GB, it would take 4 hours.
If we could do both at the same time, both the upsync and downsync could be done within 2 hours.

You could run two individual syncs, one for each direction, at the same time.

Is the upload speed purposely throttled, otherwise how does something like that occur?we both have a upload speed of 10mbps and a download speed of 100mbps

Most internet plans have a tiny upload speed compared to the download
