How to install FFS on 2d computer? Syncing with hard drive between computers has stopped working.

I'm new to FFS. 2 questions:

1. I’ve made a donation of US$25. I can get the Donation version on one computer. But I can’t see how to get the donation version on my second or third computer. I've already downloaded FFS to my second computer but I don't see a way to login on it.
2. Syncing between the 3 computer: I use a hard drive. But when I sync from computer 1 to computer 2, new files are updated to the hard drive from computer 1. But syncing then between the hard drive and computer 2, I get a message that there are no changed files. So syncing doesn't work between computers.
