Is is common to have this in Task Manager after just 2 runs?

I had 10 times this much and I think when I disabled the task scheduler they went away. Not sure. But back a a clean slate it's starting it again. Is this normal to keep piling these process up in Task Manager?

If you are using task scheduler, it looks like they aren't completing for some reason. Are you running them as SYSTEM? Are they set to 'auto-close' in the batch_ffs settings?

I am not certain what you mean by running them as SYSTEM, I think they are being run as Administrator, yes, Task Scheduler reports Admin. I changed the batch file. Let's see if that takes. Thanks again!

You know I gotta say . . . I think changing that auto-close did it. It's been running every 30 mins for a few hours and there's no piling up of instances in Task Manager. I believe you've resolved it. I'll watch it more tomorrow but it seems fixed!! ty . . . much! jack ":-Dx
