Donation Edition 11.14 Massive Problems - Directory Locks/Write File Issues

Hi, I am a regular donator to FreeFileSync over many years and am having massive problems with my recent purchase of Free File Sync Donation version 11.14.

What used to work flawlessly with my NAS synching is now constantly failing with these error codes, please help!

Cannot set directory locks for the following folders:
Cannot write file "\\SEAGATE-NAS\SGBackUpDrive (USB)\PUBLIC_NASDIR\sync.ffs_lock".
ERROR_NOT_SUPPORTED: The request is not supported. [CreateFile]

Cannot write file "\\SEAGATE-D2\SGBackUpDrive (USB)\PUBLIC_NASDIR\sync.ffs_lock".
ERROR_NOT_SUPPORTED: The request is not supported. [CreateFile]

Repeatable? Was this after a firmware update or some other change?
