Is it possible to encrypt the files at the destination.
I now use Goodsync because Goodsync can encrypt the files at the destination.
If FreeFileSync can encrypt the files at destination, I will use FreefileSync (the donated version) to replace Goodsync.

Nope. FFS does not have any encryption (nor decryption) facilities.
However, you can use FFS to sync to and from a file-level encrypted folder or volume, as long as such folder or volume presents itself and its files as regular files.
You can also use FFS for syncing files in their encrypted form.

I would love to know if FFS has this ability in the future. And what is your problem with Goodsync? if it works, why not complete your jobs via it? also, Goodsync has alternatives that can do the same job like Syncback and Gs Richcopy360 . all options are in your hand
