Everytime when I insert my USB-stick and click on "compare" i get the message:
Error reading from synchronisation database: "Z:\Privat\USB-Stick\sync.ffs_db"
(Z: is a local harddisc partition).
When the USB-stick is removed and I compare and consider the directory as
empty, I don't get this reading error.

Could you help me?

Many thanks.

It seems the database file has been corrupted. You can set directions manually
(or accept the default: copy newer over older files) to create new database
files.

I did as you told me and I also deleted the database files. But the problem is
still the same.
Could it be a problem with user rights? I only have this problem with my
office PC. With my PC at home it works with the USB-stick.

I suggest to first upgrade all your installations to the most recent version
of FFS. If the issue then can still be reproduced please open a bug tracker
item and provide details.
