how to remove unused pathway

Can some one tell me how to remove/delete a pathway (folder) that is no longer used. I have reorganised my backup drive and have deleted multiple unused folders from the drive. I now need to remove these folder from ffs. Thanks

You would remove the directory pairs using the 'red dash', on the left hand side of the pair listings, for said pair.

Just found it myself...go to file/new and that's it.
