I just installed free file sync. I did a mirror sync on 2 hard drives. It put all my files 15,578 the trash. When I got to the trash it will not allow me to control-click and "put back" to the original folder.
I am on a MAC Version 12.0.1
FreeStyleSync version 11.16
PLEASE HELP MIRROR SYNC PUT ALL MY FILES IN THE TRASH

Your description is not very clear, but I suppose you ran a (left-to-right) mirror sync to a non-empty right-side base location.
When running a left-to-right mirror sync, after the sync the content of right-side (destination) base location should have become identical to that of the left-side (source) location.
That means that FFS will (propose to) delete all previous content of the right-side location that is not also present in the left-side location.
And with the Delete Files method (in your Sync settings, F8) set to Recycle-bin, those "deleted" files will be moved to the Recycle-bin (if available).
If you do not want FFS to delete any pre-sync right-side content, use the Update sync variant, instead of the Mirror sync variant.

How big were these 15,578 files? If the total size is anything larger than the Recycle Bin allocation, some of your data can't be restored. You would need data recovery.
