When trying to sync a large file (over 20GB) from a Local Area Network disk to my PC, I get the following error message after around 80% of the file were copied, and the sync fails:
Cannot copy file
"\\192.168.10.199\Workroom\Backup\Outlook\TomerDor.pst" to
"C:\TomerDor\Outlook\TomerDor~5231.ffs_tmp".
ERROR_UNEXP_NET_ERR: An unexpected network error occurred. [CopyFileEx]
Both devices are on the same LAN with only a Switch between them. Can you help?

Assuming Outlook uses the TomerDor.pst file, if you opened Outlook while FFS was performing the sync, Outlook will lock the *.pst file, and FFS will not be able to copy the file (any more).

This is not the issue.
This is indeed an Outlook file, but it is not opened during the sync process (Outlook cannot even run on this device which is only a network disk and not a Windows machine).

What if you disable "fail-safe file copy" in settings, temporarily?

Disabling Fail-safe file copy didn't solve the issue and I still got an error message:
Cannot copy file
