My purpose for trying this utility was to compare two folders, identify the
differences and move the new or different files found into a new folder. I
have successfully compared my 2 folders and identified the files that are
different. (All on one side.) How can I make a copy of just the different
files and put them in a new folder?

This is not possible with the current version. (However I image there is a
hacky workaround: reroute one of the two folders by a symbolic link and set
this link as one of the to be compared directories. Start comparison. Now let
the link point to some other directory. Start synchronization. This will
probably work although it is no mainstream solution.)
This request is not new. Although it is technically possible to implement
this, there are open questions how such a feature can be integrated seamlessly
into the existing fuctionality as an orthogonal feature.
