Does Detect Moved Files work for Mirror syncs?

Does 'Detect Moved Files' work if one is using the 'Mirror' variant for doing syncs?

As far as I know it should, when enabled.
But note that 'Detect Moved Files' only works for file systems and OS's that have (cross restart) stable file-IDs.

Thanks very much Plerry. I had to ask as I find the Manual a bit ambiguous on this subject (at least by my reading).

NTFS does support stable file-IDs
