Windows server 2008 Task Schdeuler

My OS platform : Windows Server 2008 standard (64 bit)
Freefilesync version 3.17
My Action triggers as follows
"C:\Program Files\FreeFileSync.exe" "C:\SyncJob.ffs_batch"

I have successfully schedule a sync job via windows task scheduler. Task is
running fine when I select "Run only when user is logged on" option on task
schedule . When I select other option ("Run whether user is logged on or not")
the task not running at all ( I need to run this task when user not logged
on). Is there some thing to do with free file sync? If not I am sorry for
asking this question in wrong forum.

No, FFS behaves like any other "normal" executable. So I have to pass the buck
back to Windows Task Scheduler.
