Example

I have one folder with 100 files on one drive
On another drive i have 10 folders with 10 files in each

Can they be compared and if yes you you please explain how

The files are pictures some are in folders some are not but they are definitely in a mess

No, this is not possible in FFS.
For FFS, the files to be compered must be in an identical (sub)folder structure.
