Cannot complete sync

I have not run a sync in a while, at least 3 months. I have used FFS for many years.

I updated FFS, free version, and then tried running a sync. I kept getting the "Cannot Set Directory Locks" message. Then tried running as Administrator and that let me run it.

Then, I ran Compare and it did it's thing but when I click on Mirror, it gets to about file #50, #52, #57 and just stops. The files that it is stopping on are JPG's, I have not inspected the files. Since it is stopping at a different point, although close, I am not sure that it would be the files.

Any suggestions for what else I can do? Thanks.

What reason did it give for failing to set the lock? What are your source and destination? Maybe one of them is failing.
