You have selected the Delete Files (Dateien löschen) method Recycle Bin (Papierkorb).
If you don't want files deleted by an FFS sync to be moved to the Recyle Bin (where you may possibly still be able to recover them), you can select the Permanent method instead.

I don't want them deleted at all. Only to add new files, but not delete files.

Basically, select update instead of mirror.
