Running FreeFileSync v11.18 (Donation Edition) and trying to utilize the "Swap sides" button. It shows the "Swap sides (Ctrl + Tab)" tool tip, but does nothing when pressed/clicked.
This worked fine in the past ... Am I missing something?
Thanks,
Will

You have to click the tool tip that pops up, I don't think that's intended.

Thanks for the quick reply! That works and still saves me a lot of time ...

That's a context menu with one line item :D
I don't know, something's off with the design of the swap button. On the one hand, the operation is "risky" if clicked accidentally, but always asking for confirmation is hurting convenience.
I seem to only use "swap" when quickly setting up a new config, dragging and dropping two folders, and getting them mixed up.
Perhaps the following would be an improvement:
1. If config is selected: always ask for swap confirmation
2. If no config is selected: no confirmation
. a) Does it matter if comparison already ran or not?
. b) what if keyboard shortcut is used ... ?

To me, when one clicks the "Swap Side" button, it should swap sides - regardless of how "risky". After all, using FreeFileSync is risky from the start. Those who use it will/should have a better than average sense of computer operation and know and respect the risks involved ...

I would say:
Click - no confirmation
hotkey - ask for confirmation
Click - no confirmation
hotkey - ask for confirmation
