Add title or description to log during syncing?

Is there a way to add title or description to a log from within freeFileSync. The date and time is important, but during development I need to know the state of my code when saved. Taking a look at previous file version in FFS is a great feature. Github desktop forces me to add at least a title, but stepping back a version or two can be a pain.
