I started to use freefilesync and I am trying to understand how to synch between folders every 1h ? I have searched but haven't found anything

You can use the Windows Task Scheduler to launch the relevant FFS sync every hour.

thanks Plerry but in task scheduler i only see the option to make the task daily, weekly, monthy... but as I explained, i need it hourly... is it really impossible to do it?

Don't select to Create a Basic Task, but instead select Create Task
This gives you more options for the Trigger tab.

thank you Plerry , that explains how to run a generic program every 30 minutes with Task Scheduler. But then, how do i explain Task Scheduler that when he runs freefilesync it also have to run the process of transfer files as per settings in the image below? the Scheduler has to open freefilesync and trigger the Syncronize button, to transfer from A to B , how to do this?
