How to sync with two windows 10 PCs

Hello everyone!
I'm newbe to FreeFileSync.

I want to synchronize the folder between two windows 10 PCs using FreeFileSync (donator edition).

My specific constrains are as follows:
- old Windows 10 PC is full of HDD slots, hence I cannot attach new HDD.
- old and new Windows 10 PCs are connected in the same network
- I cannot use Network Folder sharing feature in Windows 10 PCs due to company security policy

I'm considering with SFTP on new Windows 10 PC.
What is best practice of file/folder synchronization with above constraints.

Is there tutorial or howto document for this subject?

You can select network location in FFS, You should look up how to set up network shares and then jump here to work with FFS
