I have had FFS running a batch job with 7 different folders without any problems, but now it seams like it doesn't even compare them.
I can run my job fine manually, but RealTimeSync just sits there (afaik)
I have recently installed Windows 11, can that be the issue?
FFS v 11.18
Windows 11 ver. 21H2 (22000.556)

What have you tried?

Not sure what to answer here...
Have made a TEST job with same result, works fine manually but realtimesync with the batch loaded just sits there after I push Start.

I assume you tried recreating the RTS config from scratch by dragging the ffs_batch config onto it?
I have also seen issues where the folders being monitored get access/used often enough that the idle time never gets triggered. What if you change idle time to 1 second?

Yes, I've tried this now and setting the timer to 1 second works, 2 seconds and it never triggers

Something is using one of those folders every 2 seconds, thus RTS never gets triggered. Remove one of the monitored locations and see if it works. It it does, you know that the other location is the one being accessed

After some tests, it looks like it's the 'Documents' folder that blocks RTS !?!
I've gone back to my original setup in FFS with 5 folders (the 6th was 'Documents') and it is running fine.
This is ofcause not optimal since 'Documents' is crucial to backup... so what gives??
I'm still guessing this could be a Windows11 issue, since it worked fine on Win10. But it is just a guess.

Disable your antivirus and try again

Nope...
Antivirus disabled and with just 'Documents' set in FFS, RTS still wont trigger if interval is 2+ seconds

What's in the documents folder?

DOH... Nothing to see here, "it wasn't me, nobody saw me do it, you can' prove anything".
I have Rainmeter running from within the Documents folder, after I killed that process my original RTS batch is working without a hitch. The latest skin I've installed was a countdown timer (with seconds showing), after I stopped that, FFS works as it should.. RTS fires every 10 seconds as per standard.
Your latest comment with the underlying "dummy" at the end, did the trick :D
Thank you very much for your help and patience (gonna hide embarrassed in the corner).
