I use this app since a few days. See the attached screenshot.
Hardware an iMac late 2015 with macOS Montery 12.3.1.
After the first synchronisation on an empty target (64GB Samsung SSD Card), I deleted some files on target, but the next synchronisation (actualisation) didn't delete these files on target.
Any suggestions?
Deleted files on source will be not deleted on target

It seems you are using the Update sync variant, not the Mirror sync variant.
The Update sync variant leaves files that exist in the destination location intact, if they do not (or no longer) exist in the source location.
The Mirror sync variant will delete all files (if any) from the destination location that do not (or no longer) exist in the source location.
