RealTimeSync Language Error after 11.19 or 11.20 Update

I'm getting the following error when running RealTimeSync after updating from 11.18 to either 11.19 or 11.20:

The following XML elements could not be read:
<FreeFileSync> <Language> @Name

When I roll back to 11.18 the error goes away.

I looked in GlobalSettings.xml and it appears as though the Language value has changed from "English (U.S.)" to "en_US". I've tried re-creating batch jobs and launching FreeFileSync in a variety of different ways but I can't seem to avoid this error when launching RealTimeSync when 11.19 or 11.20 is installed. Any tips on what needs to be adjusted to correct this error?

I did see this error had occurred during a previous release, as discussed in this thread:

The fix at that time was a new update to the software.
