Find most recent files updated and added

I used FreeFileSync to copy all my folders and files on C: A day or so later I accidentally deleted the hard drive. I had a clone of of the hard drive that I installed, but it was older than my backup I did with FreeFileSync. My problem is how do I find the files that were added and updated on my data backup after the clone of my hard drive was made so my newer backup agrees with the re-installed C: drive?

Swap sides of the sync and run a compare. If the results look good, run a sync
