Hi. I just installed FreeFileSync onto my computer and I'm having trouble
figuring out how to create a one click solution to snychronize 13 folders that
encompass approximately 600GB of data over three locations (two partitions and
a second hard drive). I would like to mirror this data onto one disc. I looked
at batching each of these folders, but I didn't seem like it would batch jobs
together. How do I go about batching all these folders together so that I
could synchronize all data at once without monitoring when one job was done
before going on to the next? Thanks.

You can use multiple folder pairs (click the small plus button) in FFS main
dialog, then create one batch job via menu->advanced. Place a shortcut to this
batch job in windows quickstart menu. Then you can start sync with one mouse
button click.

I was struggling to find out how to specify multiple folder pairs, and this
discussion provided the answer. Now that I know what I am looking for, I can
also see the answer on the Usage page of FreFileSync's Help. However,
would you please add a specific entry into the Help index, to make this
valuable information easier to find?

FreeFileSync is truly impressive. I wrote my first computer program in 1966
and have watched the quality and usability of software improve exponentially
since then, but FreeFileSync (which I have only just discovered) is so elegant
in how it does what it does that I am sitting at my desk smiling with pleasure
at it. Thanks, developers!
