This folder is not being deleted and it is hanging my system. This happened on another system too with 11.21. I deleted the directory and the entire OS was corrupted. I am not sure what to do, but certainly do not want to knacker another Windows Install. Have run CHKDSK and SFC /scannow and have no errors. Is this possible connect with the update, as I have never had this problem before. Any help well received, as currently unable to sync.

Just wondering if there is anyway to address this? If I manually uncheck all of the Recycle files, I can sync, but that then only increases the files in the Bin. It always hangs when I try to delete them through the programme. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and the issues persists

Deleting that will never break a Windows install. That was something unrelated. You must have changed the default filter because Recycle Bin is excluded by default, and should be. Put it back into the exclusions and leave it there, the recycle bin isn't necessarily a folder you can restore and expect to be usable again. Delete them through File Explorer
