New Errors

The last time I ran a backup I received these errors even though "ignore errors" is checked. This is something new as I have been using this program for years.

Ignoring errors does not mean errors do not occur, but rather that if one or more errors occur, the program does not halt.
When the program completes the sync, you still get a report of all errors.

I do not understand why these errors showed up as this is the same backup I have been doing for years without the window popping up.

It's more weird that you haven't had this issue until now actually. Exclude those in your filters, those are Windows files that are useless to backup anyway.

As xCSxXenon wrote, it is normally not useful to sync these system files.
If you nevertheless still want to sync these locked files, you may consider using Volume Shadow Copy.
