File size Date versus File Content

New user as of today having migrated from Microsoft Synctoy, I'm very impressed with the capability of this software! One query so far. When mirroring a folder (one way) is it better to use the option to compare data content of each file as opposed to just compare file size/date. As a test I used the file size/date option and was VERY impressed at the speed at which it handled a single change to huge folder. What do others do for mirroring and have you found that the file size/date option might not pick up everything? Hello to everyone from Gordon from the Scottish Highlands!

No issues thus far. It has helped some people with syncing music when the metadata may get changed/updated.
