Shortcut resolve

Hi

I would like to know if these's an option in the program to resolve shortcut source.
EX: Source folder as a shortcut, pointing a source on a network drive. I want the synch to get the source on the network drive and sync it to the target.
I saw some info about Symlink, but will it work with shortcut ?

We are using Chronosycn right now, but we have to migrate the workflow on a VM with windows.

If you drag and drop a shortcut on the main window, FFS will automatically fill in the shortcut's target. I'm not sure if FFS should go even further and accept shortcuts as input path (like it does with symlinks).
