In the advanced help for V 3.11 it says that this can be done by:
> Open file "GlobalSettings.xml" located either in
"%appdata%\FreeFileSync" or the installation folder and change the value of
XML node <FileTimeTolerance> to some sufficiently large number of seconds, for
example 2.000.000.000. Changed files will now be detected as a conflict (same
date, different file size) and the default synchronization direction for
conflicts can be u
sed.
I am running Windows XP and I can not find the file "GlobalSettings.xml"
anywhere on my computer.
Is this file still used? Ist the help document out of date?
Thanks!
Rich

Insert "%appdata%\FreeFileSync" into explorer address bar to find this file.

Thanks!
I'm not sure why Windows Search couldn't find it by name but sure enough it's
there.
