Copy Permissions after initial copy

I just want to start by thanking everyone for this amazing program.

Anyway I screwed up and did a mirror of a folder, but forgot to go in tools and copy all permissions.
Is there a way to copy only the permissions without having to copy all the data again? I've tried enabling the option and doing another copy, but it won't copy the permissions.

You'll need a command-line solution most likely
