how to ignore file name case differences

I'm just trying FFS Donation today - used it to do a one-way sync from desktop folder to NAS.
I got errors on case differences within file names.
Where can I set it to ignore those? I only want to compare date and size and I don't care if the cases of the file name aren't exactly the same. It's still the same file content-wise.

This should be a simple exception to set.

This is a file-system issue. Your local system probably doesn't differentiate between casings but the NAS probably considers files/folders with the same name but different casing as different entities. I don't know if Zenju ever made a "workaround". What is the actual error?
