Sync files over network

Hello friends, I'm using Real Time Sync to sync a folder on my local server to a network drive. Every time the task is finished. The message appears: "The recycle bin is not supported for the following folders. Deleted or replaced files cannot be restored. I have tried to look for some setting that can resolve this, but to no avail. Has anyone experienced this?

Best way to overcome: use Versioning.

On my home network, I have 2 NAS drives. I set some of the NAS folders to not use their Recycle bins. I get the same message that you are getting and I have always ignored it because I assume the NAS is doing exactly what I told it to do. Everything appears to be working perfectly.
