Location of latest version

I see people talking on the forum (where I did read the help I needed!) about
newer versions than I have. Where would I get 3.3, for example? That was
mentioned in a message of more than 8 months ago, but I can't see anything
newer than 3.11.

v3.11 is the most recent version

Ah! Silly me. I was doing lexicographic ordering in my mind when I read it (as
a directory listing sorted by name would do).

It might make thing easier to call it 3.04, etc. Then there will be no
confusion. Thanks for a great tool.
