I get
EEXIST: File exists [rename]
...when syncing filenames with emojis in it.

I had no issue with this filename: Emoji 🥵 ಠ_ಠ (ᵔᴥᵔ).txt
I'll note, that on my end, Win7 English, I cannot "see" the "red face" (it only shows up as a 'block'), though posted here, it looks just fine. (The other two, do display as expected.)

What OS & version of FFS?
The error message, fwiw, mentions "move" & "exists [rename]", so does the file name, or similar, perhaps with out without the emoji ?, already exist on the destination?
