EINVAL: Argument invalide [read] on target

Hello,
since a few days I've this issue to copy files to my Box:
20:55:06 Erreur Impossible de lire le fichier "/run/user/1000/gvfs/smb-share:server=192.168.0.xxx,share=disque%20dur/JML/Documents/thunderbird_profile/ImapMail/imap.free-1.fr/YYYYYYY". EINVAL: Argument invalide [read]
FFS version : 11.27 try also on 11.26 and 11.25

My System: Kernel: 5.4.0-131-generic x86_64 bits: 64 compiler: gcc v: 9.4.0 Desktop: Xfce 4.16.0
tk: Gtk 3.24.20 wm: xfwm4 dm: LightDM Distro: Linux Mint 20.3 Una
base: Ubuntu 20.04 focal

I noted that manually the copies are working fine.
I noted also that the issue is on large files not small one.

The target box has been rebooted, same issue
The target disk has been formatted, same issue

On written a new file (large or not) FFS is working fine, but replace a file make an issue.
The replacement of files, manually is working also fine.

Two linux PC with Linux MINT, same issue

The read errors are present in both sides, target and source.
