Hi all

New Mac user here. I am the Admin and also have a second user. My problem is as follows: My files on the NAS are visible and have read write within finder. However when using FFS it reports ENOENT no such file or folder. If I rebrowse to the directory on the NAS it is fine and syncs no problem. My Imac is always just left to sleep yet when I try to sync again I have to re browse to the destination folder(s). Any ideas?

Sounds like macOS is dropping the connection when it goes to sleep and not restoring it automatically. Windows has the same issue and I fix it by running a script on startup to re-establish the connections. I am unaware of how that would work for macOS but that may be a good starting point

Thank you for your reply. Yes I have come to a similar conclusion. How to fix it though - its a bit of a pain. Maybe someone with more knowledge of the MAC OS could come up with a start up script.
