Real Time Sync Idle Time

Does Real Time Sync Idle Time for example 10 seconds, sync every 10 seconds does not matter whether you are AFK or not? Or does it only syncs when you are AFK and not touching the system?

Read here (2nd paragraph).
The RTS Idle time has nothing to do with AFK, but just with files being created or modified within the RTS monitored folders.
