Daylight Savings Time bug?

I think I found a DST bug. I'm syncing a folder to an SD card that doesn't get changed or synced very often. the last sync must have been before DST went into effect because now when I go to sync, all my files on my computer are exactly an hour older than what's on the SD card. Some are a year old, but a hour apart. When I try to mirror , it wants to update everything now because of the time difference. I'd imagine this would be really annoying for a large backup drive if this were to happen.
