Error with Dropbox folders.

I get this error.
I use FFS to synchronize folders on my PC with the target of folders that are in turn synchronized with Dropbox.
The destination folders are also on the PC, but are managed by Dropbox in real time.
For example:

L:\Backup\Acronis >> U:\MyCloud\GS-Org\Dropbox\999-MyBackup\Acronis


A .tmp folder is created and if I don't delete it, FFS won't proceed with the synchronization.

Change deletions to be permanent in your sync settings
