11-2022 Newest Version not shown as safe by Norton

Can someone explain why Norton is not showing the newest version (11.28) as being safe? It prompted me to not upgrade to newest version.

Here is the results from the generic free version. My donation version didn't flag anything either. Norton sucks honestly. Windows 10+ built-in security is sufficient
