NTFS compressed attribute

Hello! NTFS compressed attribute manage is inconsistent. Given compressed folder C and uncompressed folder U. After sync C to U new files in U are compressed. After sync U to C new files in C also compressed. I think that compressed attribute must be inherited from folder and syncing app must not manage it.

I guess it makes sense to preserve Windows' default handling:
Compress copied file only if target folder is marked as NTFS compressed
